Russian propagandists hastily “concocted” another delusion to discredit the mobilization process in Ukraine. For example, information appeared on social networks and on separate websites that at one of Kyiv’s catering establishments, the “Evening without TCC” service is included in the price. A photo of the check is distributed as proof. But such an institution does not exist, as well as the prices that propaganda photoshopped into the check. But about everything – in order.

Posts distributed by propagandists in various social networks contain a photo of the check itself and accompanying text hinting that Ukrainians can have dinner quietly (read – without a summons) only after paying a certain amount.
“Now, instead of tips, which are usually 10-20%, the following phrase appeared: “evening without TCC”! A peaceful evening and the opportunity to get home alive, and not through burial – you need to pay an extra 10%. Is the drunk driver service with TCC or without it? What will not be done to improve the quality of service. И безопасности!” – reads the caption to the photo in the original language.
First of all, what is surprising is the cost of food and drinks indicated on the receipt. They seem to have come from the distant past. For a check to be “made” by a person who is not at all oriented towards the price of us today.
In particular, cocoa is worth only 12 hryvnias in the check, and Mozart cake is only 189.90 hryvnias per kilogram. At the same time, the same cake costs UAH 549/kg in one of the supermarkets. http://surl.li/wdfljn

As for the check itself, it does not contain the name of the catering establishment, but its address is indicated – Kyiv, st. Hetmana, 6. Also on the check there is a phone number – 200-15-22 and the EDRPOU code (identification number of a legal entity in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine) – 39118123.
After checking this data, it turned out that the company with this code does not exist, as well as the phone number. There is no Hetman Street in Kyiv, but there is Vadym Hetman, where a restaurant-brewery is registered at the indicated address (building 6). http://surl.li/tcnhth

The institution does not know anything about the special additional paid service “evening without TCC” and it is not on the receipts.
CONCLUSIONS
In Kyiv, the catering establishment does not collect funds for “dinner without TCC”, and the establishment whose check is distributed by the propagandists does not exist at all. Such omissions are another attempt to denigrate the process of mobilization in Ukraine. However, the propaganda did not work well with its poor fake for three rubles, but such prices are not enough, this is a fact)
